    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 63-13-1210, RELATING TO THE STATE ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE REGULATION OF CHILDCARE FACILITIES, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ORGANIZATION OF THE MEMBERS; AND BY AMENDING SECTION 63-13-1220, RELATING TO COMMITTEE DUTIES, SO AS TO CHANGE THE QUORUM OF MEMBERS REQUIRED TO VOTE FROM EIGHT TO SIX.
