Note on Testimony

Rep. Chumley has asked that the subcommittee hear testimony from two witnesses that he has invited. At the conclusion of those witnesses, time allowing, the subcommittee will accept testimony first from those members of the public who signed up to speak at February 6, 2013 meeting at were not able to due to time constraints and then second from any other member of the public who wish to address the subcommittee.
