Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 8, EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION COMMISSION, page 29, line 15, opposite /Other Operating Expenses/ by increasing the amount(s) in Column 3 by:

     500,000

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
