EXPLANATION: Requires the Dept. of Agriculture to remit any leftover money from the Farmers Market appraisal to the general fund.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 44,
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, page 410, after line 7, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/ (AGRI: Farmers Market Appraisal) The Department shall
remit to the general fund any remaining funds from the
appropriation received by Act 290 of 2012 for the Farmers Market
Phase II Property Acquisition and Expansion and used for the
state farmers market appraisal. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
