EXPLANATION: direct all available CRF funds to the non-federal aid hwy fund (roads) except for the funding for cyber security and consumer protection

Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, Section 1, page 1, lines 29-41, page 2, lines 1-41, and page 3, lines 1-17, by striking the lines in their entirety.

Amend the joint resolution Further, as and if amended, Section 1, page 3, after line 17, by adding an appropriately numbered item to read:

Renumber items and sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
