Amend the bill, as and if amended, by deleting Section 7-13-46(B)(2), as contained in SECTION 1, and inserting:

     /      (2)      cause to be delivered, within the same business day or as soon thereafter as practicable, to the State Election Commission or County Board of Registration and Elections, as the case may be, all documents received from candidates for elective office; and /

Renumber sections to conform.
