Senator HEMBREE proposed the following amendment (193R002.GH):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, by striking lines 5 - 7 and inserting:

/     second or subsequent offense. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a first offense under this subsection shall must be tried in magistrate's or municipal court, and a second and subsequent offense must be tried in General Sessions Court.         /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
