    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 66, DEPARTMENT OF PROBATION, PAROLE & PARDON SERVICES, page 451, after line 35, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (DPPP: Violations and Incentives Matrix) Of the other funds carried forward in Fiscal Year 2013-14 by the Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, up to $400,000 may be utilized to fund an evidence-based risk/need instrument to identity responses for supervision non-compliance in a graduated manner. /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
