Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 3, LOTTERY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 378, after line 17, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/3.__. (LEA: Scholarship Repay) Unless a student disenrolls for a hardship purpose, as determined by the college or university, a student who disenrolls from a college or university shall repay all scholarship funds received by the student for that portion of the academic year in which the student disenrolled from the college or university.
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
