Senator BRIGHT proposes the following amendment (DAD 117. PLANNED PARENTHOOD):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 530, after line 18, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (GP: Planned Parenthood Funding Prohibition) No state funds or other funds may be provided to Planned Parenthood. /
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
