Senator CROMER proposes the following amendment (DAD 1A.39 SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTING):

    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1A, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION - EIA, page 373, paragraph 1A.39, lines 16-17, by striking the lines in their entirety and inserting / awarded must submit a semi-annual report on the last day of December that has been audited by a third party accounting firm in addition to the final report due August 1st. /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
