Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 530, after line 18, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 117.___. (GP: Donation of Alcoholic Liquors) In the current fiscal year, a wholesaler may donate beer, wine, and alcoholic liquors to a nonprofit organization that has a license, including a temporary license, to serve the applicable beverage. This provision only applies if the event hosted by the nonprofit organization creates an economic impact on State revenues. /
