    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 259, line 15, opposite "other operating expenses" by:
        Column 7     Column 8

    and
    INSERTING:     338,800,000     300,000,000/

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
