    Amend the bill, as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/ SECTION __.     Section 12-65-20(3) of the 1976 Code is amended to read:

    "(3)     'Textile mill' means a facility or facilities that were initially used for textile manufacturing, dying, storage of raw or finished textile goods, or finishing operations and for ancillary uses to those operations." /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
