SECTION __. Chapter 13, Title 8 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:
"Section 8-13-1317. Members of the General Assembly and constitutional officers shall file copies of their campaign banking account statements applicable to their previous quarterly campaign disclosure report with the respective House or Senate Ethics Committee contemporaneous with the filing of their quarterly campaign disclosure report required by Section 8-13-1308."
