Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 4, by striking lines 42-43, and page 5, by striking lines 1-3, and inserting:
/ (G) This section preempts local ordinances, regulations, and resolutions adopted by municipalities, counties, and other local government entities regarding persons with beginner's permits, conditional driver's licenses, or special restricted driver's licenses using wireless electronic communication devices while operating motor vehicles on the public streets and highways of this State." /
