Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 50, DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, page 453, proviso 50.18, line 3-5, by striking:/ (CMRC: Regional Education Centers) From the funds appropriated to the Department of Commerce in this act, $250,000 shall be utilized to undertake a comprehensive outreach program to promote the information, resources, and services provided by regional education centers to students, educators, employers, and communities throughout the state. /
