Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 482, after line 32, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 84.___. (DOT: Greenville Bridge Commission) There is created the Greenville Bridge Commission to be composed of five members appointed by the Chairman of the Greenville Legislative Delegation. Before the Department of Transportation may reconstruct a bridge over a railroad in Greenville County between Montgomery Road and East Bramlett/Kelly Road, the commission must make a determination as to the bridge design and its intended traffic. Upon the commission's determination, the bridge must be reconstructed in compliance with the determination. /
