Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 562, after line 3, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 117.___. (GP: Disclosure of identity theft report) By July 15, 2014, if the Governor's Office has still yet to disclose the incident response in its entirety in response to the identity theft of more than six million of the State's taxpayers' most sensitive pieces of personal identifying information, which was paid for by this State's taxpayers, and performed by Mandiant, then the Department of Revenue must disclose the incident response in its entirety by posting it on its website in a conspicuous and easily accessible place. /
