Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 81, DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING & REGULATION, page 479, after line 9, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 81.____ (LLR: Staff Privilege Certification) During the current fiscal year and prior to performing an abortion in a facility other than a certified hospital, a physician that intends to perform an abortion at such a facility must file a certification that the physician has admitting privileges at a local certified hospital and staff privileges to replace on-staff physicians at the certified hospital with the Board of Medical Examiners and remit a $25.00 filing fee. /
