    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1, DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 347, proviso 1.48 (Prohibit Advertising on School Buses), lines 31-32, by striking the proviso in its entirety./
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
