Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 2, by striking line 4-5 and inserting:

(D)(1) The season for taking blue catfish as provided in this section is from March first to September thirtieth inclusive.
(2) It is unlawful:
(a) for an out-of-state licensed commercial fisherman to take blue catfish from the freshwaters of this State;
(b) to sell blue catfish taken from the freshwaters of this State out-of-state.
(E) A person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of /
