Senator MASSEY proposed the following amendment (475R011.KM.ASM):
    Amend the joint resolution, as and if amended, page 4, line 4, by adding an appropriately numbered new SECTION to read:

/     SECTION     __.     Proviso 19.2 contained in Act 286 of 2014, the General Appropriations Act, relating to the South Carolina State University Blue Ribbon Advisory Committee, is repealed.             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
