EXPLANATION: Require the demolition of the old Blackville school building.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 1,
DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, page 367, after line 9, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/ (SDE: Demolition of Blackville School Building) Of the
funds authorized for and appropriated to the Department of
Education for Fiscal Year 2015-16, the Department shall provide
$300,000 to Blackville school district 19 for the demolition of
the old Blackville district 19 school building. The demolition
must be initiated no later than January 1, 2016./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
