Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 81,
DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, LICENSING & REGULATION, page 481, after
line 30, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to
read:
/ (LLR: Regulation Review) Of the
funds authorized to the Department of Labor, Licensing and
Regulation for Fiscal Year 2015-16, The Department must use the
dollars to perform a comprehensive review of all regulations
promulgated and overseen by the agency. The department shall
develop and implement a plan to reduce regulations by twenty
percent over five years and submit a report to the General
Assembly of its progress by January 15./
