EXPLANATION: Requires that revenues allocated to the State Non-Federal Aid Highway Fund and State Highway Fund must be used exclusively for highway, road, and bridge maintenance and repair.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 485, after line 14, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(DOT: Highway Funds) Revenues allocated to the State Non-Federal Aid Highway Fund and State Highway Fund in Fiscal Year 2015-16 must be used exclusively for highway, road, and bridge maintenance and repair./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
