Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 485, after line 14, by adding
an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(DOT: Traffic Congestion) Of the
funds authorized to the Department of Transportation for Mass
Transit, the department must study alternative solutions for
traffic congestion in urban and suburban areas./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
