EXPLANATION: Directs the State Ports Authority to use $1M of authorized funds for dredging of the Intracoastal Waterway behind McClellanville and Isle of Palms.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 88, STATE
PORTS AUTHORITY, page 487, after line 12, by adding an
appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(SPA: Waterway Dredging) Of the funds authorized for the
State Ports Authority for Fiscal Year 2015-16, $1,000,000 shall
be used for dredging of the Intracoastal Waterway behind
McClellanville and Isle of Palms./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
