EXPLANATION:

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 91, LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT, page 491, after line 24, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:

/            91. .      (LEG: Appropriations Bill) Of the funds appropriated to the House of Representatives, in the current fiscal year the House of Representatives may expend funds to ensure the general appropriations bill for the upcoming fiscal year is laid on the members' desks not less than six legislative days prior to second reading.            /

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
