Amend the bill, as and if amended, by striking page 2, line 43 and page 3, line 1 in their entirety and inserting the following:
/ (D) This section is repealed as of January 1, 2016. The South Carolina Department of Revenue and the State Law Enforcement Division shall promulgate regulations for the proper administration and enforcement of powdered alcohol, consistent with existing statutes and regulations governing alcoholic liquors in South Carolina."
SECTION 3. This act takes effect upon approval of the Governor. /
