EXPLANATION: Exempting Non-Profit entities from being assessed impact fees.
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL
PROVISIONS, page 550, paragraph 117.102, line 24, after
"schools" by inserting:
/,or the construction of new buildings and facilities
owned and used by nonprofit entities including, but not limited
to, churches or other religious institutions that are recognized
as 501(c)(3) organizations by the Department of Revenue/
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
