EXPLANATION: Deletes proviso transferring $50M of vehicle sales tax revenue from the General Fund to DOT to be used by the Infrastructure Bank for bonding.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 118, STATEWIDE REVENUE, page 576, paragraph 118.15, lines 8 - 16, by striking the proviso in its entirety.

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
