Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 3, LOTTERY EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 400, after line 23, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/            (LEA: Higher Education Excellence Enhancement Program Eligibility) Converse College and Columbia College shall be eligible to receive lottery funds under the Higher Education Excellence Enhancement Program./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
