    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 588, after line 17, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:

/118.     (GP: Refugee Resettlement Program)     No state funds shall be expended to assist in the United States Refugee Resettlement Program unless the legislative delegation of the county where the resettlement is to occur approves the relocation./

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
