Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 588, after line 17, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ 117.___. (GP: Municipal Business License Tax) In the current fiscal year, any rental income on property of a lessor is exempt from any business license tax imposed by a municipality if the lessee of the property is subject to the business license tax and the lessee and lessor are either the same legal entity or separate entities with common shareholders . /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
