    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 65, DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, page 494, proviso 65.25, line 21 after "interdiction", by inserting:
/or retrieval /    
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
