Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 84, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, page 507, after line 21, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/84. (DOT: Project priority list) In each program category, the Department of Transportation Commission shall maintain a list of at least one hundred projects ranked in order of statewide priority. Every project listed shall include its estimated cost. Each list shall be published in a conspicuous place on the department's website in a manner easily accessible to the public. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
