Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 588, after line 17, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (117.__ ) Notwithstanding the appropriations in Part 1A, the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism may not receive any general fund appropriations in excess of their 2014-2015 general fund recurring base budget, and any amount in excess must be transferred to the Department of Transportation to be used exclusively for the maintenance, rehabilitation, and resurfacing of existing roads. /
