Amend the bill further, as and if amended, page 4, by striking lines 3-8 and inserting:
/ (D)(1) A person who commits the offense of endangerment of a highway worker where the highway worker suffers no physical injury is guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than one thousand dollars and not less than two hundred dollars, or imprisonment of not more than thirty days, or both. /
