EXPLANATION: This will fund $2.9M at the Prosecution Coordination Commission to fund the CDV initiative. This will allow prosecutors to handle CDV cases versus the current practice of law enforcement officers prosecuting these cases in summary courts.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IA, Section 60, PROSECUTION COORDINATION COMMISSION, page 153, immediately after line 12, by inserting a new line to read:

Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
