Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 3, LOTTERY
EXPENDITURE ACCOUNT, page 323, paragraph 3.6, after line 20, by
inserting an appropriately numbered subitem to read:
/ ( )Any unclaimed prize funds realized in excess of the
Board of Economic Advisors estimate above the amount needed to
fund the appropriations in this paragraph are appropriated to
the Department of Education for the Education Finance Act
Reserve Fund. /
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
