EXPLANATION: Permit a member of a legislative delegation to expend funds for office space without consent of entire delegation
Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL
PROVISIONS, page 492, after line 22, by adding an appropriately
numbered paragraph to read:
/(GP: Legislative Delegation Office Space): In the current
fiscal year, a member of a legislative delegation is permitted
to expend funds for office space and personnel utilizing the
legislative delegation's funds, without the consent of the
entire legislative delegation./
Renumber sections to conform.
Amend totals and titles to conform.
