Senator CAMPBELL proposes the following amendment (DAD 117 SUSPEND MAG&MASTER INC PGC):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 117, GENERAL PROVISIONS, page 510, after line 18, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/ (GP: Suspend Compensation Formula) For the current fiscal year, any compensation formula for magistrates and masters-in-equity that is based on the salary of circuit court judges shall be suspended. /    
    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend sections, totals and title to conform.
