Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 62, STATE LAW ENFORCEMENT DIVISION, page 404, after line 11, by adding an appropriately numbered new proviso to read:
/62.__ (SLED: Concealed Weapons Permit Report) SLED shall publish a report, made publically available on its website, the total number of concealed weapons permits revoked pursuant to Section 23-31-215(J) in the prior calendar year. SLED shall include in this report the total number of concealed weapons permits revoked pursuant to each subsection of Section 23-31-215(J). The report shall not include the name of the concealed weapons permit holder whose permit was revoked. /
