Senator MALLOY proposed the following amendment (JUD4492.004):
    Amend the bill, as and if amended, in Section 63-7-1630, by striking item (3) and inserting:

/         (3)     the right to address the court and concerning the child.         /

    Amend the bill further, as and if amended, in Section 63-11-720(A), by striking item (6) and inserting:

/         (6)     to advise foster parents of the right to address the court at a hearing concerning the child;     /

    Renumber sections to conform.

    Amend title to conform.
