        Amend the bill as and if amended, by adding an appropriately numbered SECTION to read:

/     SECTION     ___.     Article 1, Chatper 43, Title 11 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

    "Section 11-43-294.     Notwithstanding Section 11-43-180, the minimum eligible costs of a project must be reduced from at least twenty-five million to at least ten million dollars if the project is primarily located in a county that has an unemployment rate higher than the state average at any time during the fiscal year."             /

    Renumber sections to conform.
    Amend title to conform.
