Amend the bill, as and if amended, page 3, by striking lines 5 through 13, in Section 56-2-105(G), as contained in SECTION 1, and inserting therein the following:
/ (G) Notwithstanding the provisions contained in subsection (B), a residential barrier sea island that (1) is located in Beaufort county, (2) has a full-time population and an island school, and (3) is not connected to the mainland by bridge may adopt an ordinance that provides for the operation of a golf cart at night if it is equipped with working headlights and rear lights." /
