Amend the committee report, as and if amended, page [107-3], by striking lines 3-8 and inserting the following:
(I) If a Lieutenant Governor candidate has solicited or received contributions for another elective office, he must comply with the provisions of Section 8-13-1350. However, the Lieutenant Governor candidate may not transfer funds pursuant to the provisions within Section 8-13-1352. "
Renumber sections to conform.
