Rep. McKNIGHT proposes the following Amendment No. 4 to H. 3529 (COUNCIL\WAB\3529C001.AGM.WAB17):

Reference is to Printer's Date 2/2/17-H.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, by
deleting all after the enacting words and inserting:

/ Section      1.      Chapter 1, Title 2 of the 1976 Code is amended by adding:

     "Section 2-1-300.      Notwithstanding another provision of law, no county, municipality, or other local government may enact any ordinance, regulation, or other law. Such ordinances, regulations, or laws are void in ab initio."

SECTION      2.      This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor. /
