EXPLANATION: Requires RSIC Commissioners to receive a $1 salary if they have served more than two years.

Amend the bill, as and if amended, Part IB, Section 99, RETIREMENT SYSTEM INVESTMENT COMMISSION, page 430, after line 23, by adding an appropriately numbered paragraph to read:
/(RSIC: Commissioner Salaries) For Fiscal Year 2017-18, any Retirement System Investment Commissioner who has served as a commissioner for longer than two years shall receive an annual salary of one dollar ./

Amend totals and titles to conform.
